Shipping

We endeavour to send your purchase by courier within 48 hours of your purchase being made. Parcels will be sent Monday - Friday . Once your package is sent you will receive an email containing your tracking number. (International orders may take longer to send)

New Zealand shipping time is approximately 1-5 working days depending on the area. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible.

New Zealand Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees on orders $150 and over.

For orders under $150, there will be a $8 shipping fee applied to those with standard delivery address or a $12 shipping fee for Rural delivery addresses.

To avoid delays with your shipping please ensure you select the correct shipping option at check out. Unfortunately we do not post to Po Box Delivery Addresses. 

With the exception of shipping promotions.

Australia Shipping Fees

For orders in Australia there is a $40 shipping fee on all orders.
